I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that, owing to a process called apoptosis, the human body effectively renews itself every seven to ten years. That means, in ten years, you’ll have newer, fresher cells in your heart, your intestine, even your skeleton. That’s the good news. The bad news? Unfortunately, the 1996 Kia Sephia was sold standard with no such option.
